    • Hi Saskia, thank you for your comment, the low FODMAP Christmas eBook is currently getting a makeover, but if you listen to my podcast in December, you’ll find several Christmas or special holidays recipes.

  1. I cooked the roast chicken with bacon, rice and quinoa stuffing for Christmas Day. It turned out perfectly and was absolutely delicious, a real hit with the family! Also made the eggs and they were yummy. The instructions were easy enough for even me to follow – thanks heaps Larah!!

    • Thank you Mel for your kind comment of my low FODMAP Christmas stuffed chicken recipe. I am thrilled that it turned out very good and your family enjoyed it. Well done.

  2. Thank you for the recipes, I have already tried the polenta crostini and the orange cake, they both turned out very good.

    • Hi Ellie, thank you for your comment. I am so glad you have enjoyed a couple of my low FODMAP Christmas Recipes. By any chance did you put gorgonzola on the polenta crostini, or did you use a different topping?
