  1. Chicken Pot Pie at its best! I make this all the time and it really didn’t dawn on me to make it a gluten free pie! This would make a big difference in the house just making these few changes to the pie.

    For example instead of the normal pie crust, of course use the gluten free pastry! I need to use the garlic infused olive oil, never used that before and I need to add some chopped pumpkin. Ok, going to give it a go!

    • Hi Dana, thanks for stopping by. I loved this pie, but to be honest, unless you need to be gluten or wheat free, don’t use the gluten free pastry. Although it’s great if you are allergic or intolerant to gluten and wheat, or like me you have IBS, it’s still just as greasy and unhealthy (if not more) as the normal one, but the normal pastry tastes better. Just my observation, but give it a go and see what you think. The infused garlic oil is the best if you have IBS…
