Spicy Pumpkin Dip
Recipe type: Dessert
  • 3 cups (500g) roasted pumpkin (follow instruction from the pumpkin risotto recipe)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • Pinch paprika
  • 2 tablespoon garlic infused oil
  • 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy
  2. Serve with rice crackers, corn tortilla chips or other low FODMAP crackers
