Lauren Renlund is a registered dietitian and nutrition coach from Ontario, Canada. Lauren suffers from Irritable Bowel Syndrome and has used the low FODMAP diet to improve her symptoms. Lauren offers nutrition counselling and coaching sessions in person and remotely.
